One game you would like to see remade to a nex gen system
 

Alright, what game, out of anything you have ever played growing up, would you like seen remade for a next gen system? Personaly I would love to see something like Final Fantasy III remade for the PS2. Thats just me. What do you think would be good?

I'm not sure but so many of the great games of the past were great because they didn't have the fancy graphics, they had to spend there time developing story and game play.

But Joust would be cool :D

TMNT 3 or duck tales, that rocked

SHADOW OF THE BEAST, no other platform game has made me cry, gasp, scream and laugh as much as this series, they were the three of them the most engrossing and beautiful platform games I have ever played... I only wish there was an emulation for them :(:o :confused:

but if I hafta I'll go for Spy Hunter. I think I used to get mesmerised by the sound track...

Hmmm one game on a next gen system...I would haveta lean towards Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, all those games rocked the butt! I just wanna see the Turtles in 3D with new music, sound, and all that stuff.

Spy Hunter was already done, on PS2 :)

I'd have to go for the Genesis version of Shadowrun.

a new Double Dragon would kick major ass.

The Streets of Rage games and Altered Beast is in the works, I just hope they don't mess it up....

I would love to see a new version of the game Comix Zone. For those who don't know (and there seems to be a lot of people who don't) the game was made by Sega for their Genesis. Basically, in the game, you play as Sketch Turner, comicbook artist, is transported into his own comic book and it's up to him to fight his way back out.

Skitchin, it was a game on Genesis. You were on a pair of roller blades and had to hitch rides on passing cars, do stunts and fight w/ the computer controlled players!

Elevator Action! That game is the shit.

Hey man Bubble bobble is on Sega Saturn (Shortest lived system ever), but its under a diff name, "Bust-a-Move" It's totally tits! But I guess Saturn isn't really Next Gen.

Eh, Bust-A-Move had the same characters, but was nothing like the old game.
Seeing a new Mega-Man would kick ass!!
I think I've heard that a new TMNT game actually is in the works.
And overall-- I'm with Juan. I want to see a new gen-x version of the classics-- Joust, Defender, Pong and Spaced Invaders. :D

Sega Genesis had a game that was an M1 tank simulator. I'd like to see a version of that for the ps2.

Ok, seriously, um....I really don't know. Aside for the obvious answer of various Final Fantasy games (3/6 and 7 come to mind) I really don't know. All the great classic games have absolutely no connection to good graphics (Space Invaders, Pac Man, etc) and when graphic upgrades are attempted most of the time it just ruins them.

A new and updated Mario Kart would be awesome! i love that game and always will.
