"Elusive" 11th dungeon... hah.

In a modern game, I'd say "cool", but in Zelda... bah. Half the "hidden" stuff in that game was irritating as hell to find.

You basically had to waste your time on EACH screen by either 1. burning everything (trees), 2. bombing everything (walls), or 3. pushing everything (rocks) to try and find the randomly placed hidden stairs/cave.

Of course, once you know the location it's not so bad, but still... to say "Here's a block of 10x10 trees.. let's place the hidden stairs on the.. 4th tree from the left on the top row." or "Let's have 5 screens in a row that take place under the side of a cliff. Let's place the hidden cave on screen 3, 7 tiles from the left!"

Tedioussssssss and not fun. I'm not saying the game itself wasn't fun, but finding the extras certainly wasn't.

Agreed. I love the game and all, but I can't lie about this. The first quest wasn't terrible, but the second time through..... $@#!

I *still* haven't found one of the dungeons in the second quest - it's been so long though I forget which number it was.

I couldn't get past the name screen. It showed an Error window and I couldn't find anything on the forum about it so I deleted it.

I think I'll just get LOZ on the DS when it comes out later this year.

With the candle. You need the red or the blue candle. Red is better cause you can use it multiple times in one screen. the blue one you can only use once in a screen, then you have to go out and back in again

even though zelda is awesome as all hell, it is not:

1. an rpg
and
2. worth the $25 dollars it would cost me to buy it for the gba when i could just play it on my NES at anytime but this website is cool as hell.
