what the hell!

i patched far cry to 1.1 and noticed a few things that annoyed me. 1st, when u put a vehicle in 3rd person by pressing F1 you cant aim with the mouse anymore, u can only rotate the view! 2nd, i got stuck in a level so wanted to see how much easier Level setting easy would be. It was f*ckin harder! the the first level, every damn boat had a rocket launcher!! anyone else notice?

well they had a rocket launcher to start with, prolly just werent using it.

also if you had ai autobalance on medium, and kept dying, the ai would get easier and easier. so it could possibly become easier than starting on easy.

also i found if you drive your boat in a straight line, or stand still on the beach, the boats will fire rockets, but if you move more, they use guns. not sure if it was just coincidence tho.

That's just smart, it's not so much of a problem to waste bullets on a swerving boat, but it's a major problem if you keep missing with rockets.

so what about the 3rd person vehicle view? what happened to the aiming?

o and i didnt have the rocket launcher.. they did and they blew my ass up every time driving along the beach.

all the boats have a RL, but they all dont have ammo for them.
