Where'd you buy it? If you bought it at one of the major electronic superstores, (e.g. Best Buy, Circuit City) you can probably get refunded up to 110% of the difference. Hell, I would definitely look into it.

Fry's had Crimson Skies and Counter Strike on sale for $19.99.
Took the ad to Circut City and picked up CS :D

My Xbox game collection has blown up in recent weeks. Been finding alot of deals:

DoA 3 $19.99 (classic hits)
Robotech $9.99 (on sale) I didn't like it, guess that's why its on sale.
NHL 2003 $24.99 (on sale)
Panzor Dragoon Orta $17.00 (used)

You guys check out EB world for used titles. The older ones are way cheap. Also check out Blockbuster. All used go for about $24.99 and they sometimes have a buy 2 get one free sales. Same for PS2 titles.

I think of the 16 games I have, I only bought 3 at full price :D

noticed the other day they were $149 now but that would mean purchasing a television just to use it. Not going to happen anytime soon.

You might be able to take it back, assuming you have the sales slip and such..
