argh, what to buy.
I have money for one game and I am torn between Ninja Gaiden and Champions of norrath. I am leaning toward NG because is has the original 3 and I'd really like to finaly beat the second one. But I also really like the hack n' slash type also. How different is champions from Baldurs gate 2? Does it offer more of an incentive to go back and play after beating it once? Thanks.

I have to recommend Ninja Gaiden if you want a simply incredible game. I've heard good things about Champions of Norrath, but I prefer a more complex battle system in my games. Be forwarned, though: Ninja Gaiden is really tough. -Lasereth

As far as Champions goes,it's alot harder than BG 2 imo (one area alone I died 7 times). Definately more of a challenge, the classes arent balanced very well..but still a good play. I havent experience Ninja Gaiden at all..so really no help there. |

I've played (and beaten) Prince of Persia, and played a little bit of Ninja Gaiden. Take my word for it when I say they are two completely different games POP was more of a "platform-based platformer" while Ninja Gaiden (so far) is a "do the most badass moves possible while killing everything in sight" platformer. Ninja Gaiden has definitely gotten me hooked ever since I bought it. I'm on the last level on Normal mode, and I'm already looking forward to replaying it on Hard. I'm really looking forward to getting all 3 of the original games also, but that's going to take some time hehe. I highly suggest that you go with Ninja Gaiden, but I have no experence with Champions of Norrath. For what it's worth, I played Baldurs Gate: Dark Alliance, and if CoN is a lot like that, I'd definitely go for Ninja Gaiden.
