What's your favorite type of deck to play?
In magic there are infinite decks, but they all fall under a few categories. What's your favorite?

My green deck consists of elves and other really strong guys. a few Priest of Titania's take care of my mana early in the game, and I usually have around 10 creatures out by the 4th turn. I power them up with instants like giant growth, give 'em trample, and wrap up the game

My brother used to enjoy forking his timewalk, then beating the shit out of me.
Bastard.

aggro, when I played, my favorite decks were red burn and green stompy. Lots of bolts, ball lightnings, shocks, and moggs. And lots of forests, pouncing tigers, wild dogs, overruns, giant growths, rancors and might of oaks. hmm, 17/15 pouncing tigers with trample.... yumm.
Oh, and landkill in the red as well, pillages and wastelands. |

My two favorite decks were a 5-colour speed deck and a Kudzu deck, which started as Green-Blue, but ended up becoming 5 color for stuff like Demonic Tutor, Balance, Land Tax and Land's Edge. Nobody thought it would work, but the only decks I couldn't beat were decks with all the moxes and high-end cards like that (no land = no landkill)
The basic strategy was to enchant my opponent's land with Kudzu, when either they tappped the land or I tapped it for them with an Icy Manipulator, they chose a new target for Kudzu, usually one of my lands, I'd use something like Enchantment Alteration to move it back to thier side. Although I kept a minimum of land in play, I could usually get a Force of Nature or Lord of the Pit out, only to Juxtapose him over to my opponent, as long as they couldn't pay the 4 Green or 1 creature upkeep. It was a pretty sick deck considering it was built around the biggest disappointment that you could get when you opened a pack of Revised edition cards. |

I saw that someone posted something in relation to yugioh, and in playing both, i am not sure you can compare them. I have not figured out which one takes more strategy becuase in magic, you have the mana issue, where in yugioh, you do not, but it does seem that in yugioh, you have to work fast becuase keeping monsters on the field is alot harder, and are not able to take the attack to save your monsters. Meh, but a blue and white deck usually worked for me
