Metal Gear Solid 1 Remake for Gamecube
Planet Gamecube's got the press release
Look at the list of people working on this game. Konami's Kojima. Nintendo's Miyamoto. Silicon Knights. Wow. Hopefully they'll do it the same way as Capcom did Resident Evil for the Gamecube and change a bunch of stuff around, make it almost a new game. This is great news for me because I think MGS1 is 10 times the game MGS2 is, at least plot-wise, and I lost my copy of MGS1. All I can say is *please* include a shitload of VR missions, those are the best.

That would be very sweet. I missed the first game, but I got to play the second one on the PSX2. This might help to fill some of the holes I missed the first time around.

It'd be cool and all, but when the fuck did Nintendo turn into a recycling center? Do they even make new games anymore?

Of course they do! They had that one just before.. you know... I forget the name... Resident Evil 2? Oh wait a minute...
Metroid Prime and Windwalker are two recetn 'breakthrough' games on the Cube, neither are good enough for me to want to buy a Cube though I would buy one if I could get it cheap. |
