Suddenly all of the enemy soldiers turn and shoot you, while your teammates sit on their arses and 'pretend' to shoot the enemy, with maybe 1/50 of their bullets actually hitting something worth while.

I did notice this in the Russian mission when you're trying to hold the six story building from the Baddies. Me and three Allies were in a room at the top of some stairs and the German ran up the stairs, turned around past my allies, and opened fire on me.
Allow me to illistrate

he should have started shooting my allies at the bottom of the stairs.

edit: well my illistration didnt turn out , but hopefully you get the picture

The AI target priority does seemed a bit skewed towards focusing on you at times. It's been most obvious to me when confronting MG42 positions. No matter what, as soon as you stick your head up or peek around a corner, the AI will be gunning for you. Same goes for AI Armor though to a bit lesser extent since you don't face it quite as often. Replay the Pegasus Day mission and you'll find that no matter where you go the tanks will follow. Also in Pavlov's House the tanks have x-ray vision. Start at one end of the house and take a center hallway to the other end and the tanks fire will track you the whole way even though they can't 'see' you.

The cvar locking for this game is gonna make it a hit in clan matches for online play.

Its nice to see that companys are taking more attention to excessive tweaking.

What's that mean?
Another one of the small things I like is that you actually get to aim using the gun sights. Anyone else played a game where you do this? I can't remember if it's like this in Battlefield.

America's Army has this.
Red Orchestra mod for UT2003 has this.
Raven Shield (I think) has this.

Pretty much any game that deals heavily with realism. Though I wouldnt consider CoD very realistic
