I'm just about to finish Hitman 2, and I've started Freedom Force, but I'm not finding it to my liking as much as I though I would (it was 9.99, so no big deal). I'll probably be looking for something else to play soon...I noticed the price just came down on Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, so maybe I'll pick that up in a couple of weeks.

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault - Both the original and Spearhead expansion No time for much more than that...

I have a rather splendid campaign of Civ3 PTW going, playing as the Chinese and gradually expanding my empire worldwide.
Also playing through Deus Ex a second time, this time on Realistic and I'm doing very little upgrading of my character just to see how far I can go. Too bad my character's brother died this time; the first time I played through, Paul survived the MiB raid in Hell's Kitchen and was in Hong Kong and even appeared in holographic form near the game's climax to give me words of wisdom. So in that sense, this time through feels a lot emptier...but at least I got to see the spider in the VersaLife building this time. Also playing through TIE Fighter again, this time hoping to beat it, when I bother to boot into Win98 instead of XP.

Kingdom Hearts - pretty amazing and very deep. GTA3 GT3 - the reason i got PS and PS2 PC: Morrowind Castle Wolfenstein -------- duh just realized if forgot the game i've been playing the most: Age of Wonders II - greatly underrated game. similar to HOMM but actually alot better. Golden Sun: Lost Age (GBA) Zelda: Wind Waker (GC) Splinter Cell (PS2) Tony Hawk 4 (PS2) Metroid Prime (GC) WarioWare (GBA) Uplink (Mac!) MoH:Spearhead (Mac!) I've got a bunch of games waiting for me but I just don't have time....I always have time for buying games though!

Xenosaga! I bought it from some guy in EB when he was about to trade it in. It was pretty funny, since i really just wanted to show my friend the case so he could see the little line of German on the front...But then this random guy just says: "Oh, I was gonna trade that in, but I'll sell it to you" ...So I Just bought it there...

Lately (the past couple of nights) I've been playing Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. It's free, runs under Linux, & has good play value, thus it rocks. Also, now that America's Army has released a Linux client, I'm going to get on and play the hell out of that.
Last week I rented Enter the Matrix for the PS2, and I was disappointed. I had heard that it wasn't such a good game, and playing that verified it for me. It was also way too short!! I beat it twice in 1.5 days (once with Ghost, and once with Niobe). I can't believe that the developers made 2 different storylines like that, but then had at least half of the levels EXACTLY THE SAME !!! What a pain in the ass. But at least my expectations were really low going into it, so I enjoyed some of the levels. Plus that bullet time Kung-fu was awesome. Also, I've whipped out Red Alert 2 again to start playing against my brother. Unfortunately all of this gaming is taking away time from my thesis. I really want to finish up with school by December, but I want to finsh my thesis before September 30--the anticipated release date of HALF-LIFE 2!! |
