Hi,

I'm downloading the Chrome demo as I just noticed it was released this week... Does anybody else have it yet? How did it turn out?

The previews in different mags we're very good, so I'm anxious to try it out. Will have to wait a while though as it is not the only thing I'm downloading atm

I got the demo from Gamespot.com (basic free subscription req'd for downloading)

Anyway: anyone have a prediction? is the demo worth the download?

Yeah, i dl'ed it from 3dgamers.com (no subscription req'd). It was ok, nice gfx, but the gameplay was a little tedious i thought, they have high speed combat, but it seemed to me like you had to micromanage (diablo 2 style) your inventories i ran out of ammo in the middle of battle, and got stuck trying to drop my wep so i could pick up some ammo. Not sure id ever play it again. Looks to me like the Unreal engine.

I downloaded a very large trailer for this a while back, wasn't too impressed, plus the story for the game sounds ridiculously cliched. The graphics didn't seem too amazing either but then again it was only a trailer.

Hm, seems like you guys aren't too fond of the game...

too bad, I'll let the download continue, but I'm not going to sit here waiting for it...

If I get around to trying it I will post it here...
