My Warcraft III clan has this thing called 'Pwn a n00b day' in which everyone hasta share a story about a n00b they've pwned that day or recently. So why not bring that to TFP. Share your stories about n00b pwning.


I was playing a 2v2 standard game in Warcraft III, ya know one that counts to your record, and I was undead and my partner was night elves. I realized a few minutes in that my partner had the intelligence of a recently sprouted bean and I called him a flaming moron. He left like a flaming moron would. Immediatly after the other team said "Haha, your gunna lose now!" I responded simply "We shall see..." I continued to play picking up the pace for my partner and myself. I continued to produce Crypt Fiends and Necromancers on my side and Huntresses and Archers on the Night Elf side.

The other team kept attacking with moderate forces which I was able to brush off easily combining the forces of my units heroes with the Night Elves units and heroes. Ten minutes later I had built up a sizable force and rode into an enemy town. One of them immediately said GG and ran away. I continued to pound on the guys town with all my stuff and watched a pathetic force of a level 4 hero a couple of archers and huntresses ride up to my army. I slashed him to bits and continued. It was now the remaining guy said "Yeah my partner sucked!" My only reply to this was "IT DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER!!! You both still got smashed by the One better player!"

My only good own game is counterstrike, i love getting on fy_iceworld, and going like 100-10 against some nubs who constantly accuse me of cheating. I'm not that great, but i can so alright, so they must really suck...

playing Tac Ops 2.2, this was after the retail 3.32 version had come out, and I was playing on the old school DAMIT server. All the players there are veterans at least a year+ except for one or two n00bs. After a 3 month hiatus I went back from the newer version to the older one, since retail came out DAMIT was the only 2.2 server out there.

I basically pwned everyone on the server, my team was smaller and less skilled. I got hooked up with a steyr aug and ended up laying waste. Not unusual for Tac ops which has a weapon buying system that HEAVILY rewards better players (ie the winners keep on winning).
So they banned me for aimbotting. Most likely because I play with headphones and 3d sound and can pinpoint footsteps from quite a ways. No big deal though. It was probably frustrating and not fun for everyone else on the server even if I wasn't cheating. At some point you have to take it like a man and by a crappier gun...

I'm way too fucking old to Pwn n00bs but I was playing MOHAA every night for like 5 hours about a year ago. I got on a server that had some crappy clan boys on it playing the ratzis. I had my trusty M1 and they were all packing StGs which didn't impress me much. My team got knocked out early on and it was just me. I snuck around for 10 minutes and killed the entire group of clan idiots.

It was great fun! Kill a clan-boy, much more fun than killing n00bs anytime.
