Tom Clancy's HAWX
Is anyone else playing this game? I usually cannot stand flight games, but man, this one is AMAZING!

xepherys, I've only just recently downloaded the demo and played it for a few minutes. It looks pretty sweet. It seems kinda arcade-like, not that that's a bad thing really. I used to be into more realistic flight sims like Falcon 4.0, IL-2, etc, but the learning curve for sims like those does get old.

Damn I knew there was a game I forgot to play. Guess I have to go rent it this week.

I tried the demo, but it didn't appeal to me. I find the controls rather goofy..not sure what it was, but it just wasn't working for me.
I wish there were more space flight sims to be honest. I loves me some Descent Freespace. ;) |
Well, I liked the demo of HAWX well enough that I got the full game. It's a lot of fun! Definitely not a flight sim, but it doesn't pretend to be. Sometimes it's fun just to jump into a game quickly and get to the mayhem.
