I've got a 2-fer this time. I haven't completed either of these, but I've played enough to give an accurate review in my opinion.

Tales of Vesperia - 8/10
I LOVE this game. Its beautifully presented, refreshing battle mode, pretty good story, and almost all voice acted. I'm not huge into RPG's, but everyone once in a while, one comes along, be it a JRPG.

Mercenaries 2 - 6/10
Its fun for what it is. Blow it up, mayhem, shooting, GTA style. This game is plagued with glitches, however they don't really prevent you from completing missions. For some reason, my allies just started shooting at me for no reason. I was walking through the base, then all of a sudden they all started firing on me. The other glitch, which is very annoying is the nav system. You can set waypoints, which work fine at first. Just don't get out of the car, because when you get back in, the navpoint now does a direct beeline to the destination. Most of the time this leads you right through a river, or into a wall. But all in all, the explosions look amazing!

Mercenaries 2

Question about Mercs II:

Church, I heard the 360 version recently got a patch, by any chance do you know what it did if anything? I've been tempted to buy Mercs 2 but it sounds unfinished even after they delayed the game a few months.

Tales of Vesperia (360) 9/10
This is my favorite Tales game to date. The first thing I'm greatful for is they took the battle system from Abyss and improved it, making it the best Tales battle system to date. The cast is also solid and while a few clichés did pop up it didn't seem to distract from the story. Graphics are good and I love the presentation, but be warned the game is cel-shaded. Very strong entry into the 360 RPG market.

(I do believe this Tales is a full point, at least, better than Tales of the Abyss but the game isn't a perfect 10. My Abyss scored has been updated to reflect my feelings toward both games)

Rock Band (xbox360). I still give it a 9/10. I'm pretty much addicted to music and rhythm games.

To be honest, I'm not really sure what it fixed. I got it the day it came out, popped it in, and bam, it was patched.

As for Vesperia Spoiler: how in the hell do you beat the first big boss you get to. The one thats been attacking the village with the tree barrier? I keep getting owned on that fight lol

Not sure if this needs a spoiler but *shrugs*

Spoiler: I'm guessing you're talking the Ehmead Hill boss. I beat him at level 16.

Make sure you set Estelle to focus on healing and turn off every other arte she has. With Rita turn off every arte except fireball(fire is his weakness). Then it's just kill the babies and then the mom.

Don't be afraid to run back to town for gels. Yes it's a lot of back tracking but if you're not 16+ the extra gels can and will help.

Also, if you can get him to run into those flowers around the edge they'll stun him, kill him while he's stunned you'll get a secret mission achievement.

Karaoke Band 2!

I find it really hard to take this game seriously when some girl in a miniskirt is being Curt Cobain singing Drain You :P. Glitchy much, Harmonix? lol

Civilization Revolution on XBox360 ... 7/10 on stratedgy... 6/10 for gameplay. The computer version was much better as for the stratedgy part. Graphics are 100% better on the console version.

Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos 6.8/10
Honestly, the single player is massively boring. The low unit max and extremely limited resources make big games impossible (not to mention that the unit uniqueness can't match StarCraft at all). Even the last level is rather small. The game is probably a 3/10 until you get online. Then things get interesting. As a StarCraft fanatic, I still can't stand heroes, but I've gotten used to them out of necessity. And there are some great use map settings maps.

Still, I can't rate the game above a 7 because of the fact that you HAVE to be online to enjoy it.

While I respect your opinion, I'm going to have to as well respectfully disagree with you here. Maybe it's just me, but even more so than the gameplay, the storyline is what made me fall in love with that game. I always viewed Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos's single player campaign as just an interactive story. It's not war and craziness until you get online, which you mentioned and I entirely agree with.

Basically, play single player for the beautiful storyline, and play online for the battles

Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos - 9/10

Lego Batman - 7/10

It was a little slow to start, but once it picked up it was great. Its nice to play such a simple game once in a while where I don't have to become so engrossed with the story or think about complicated button combinations. Its kind of a throw back to when gaming used to be simple and fun

Supreme Commander.

7.5/10.

If you have vista, this game is basically unplayable. Its so buggy, and that's a shame because it has a lot of potential. Random crashes plague this game.

Still, if it were stable, it'd be a great RTS

If you are a fan of the series this is pretty much a must have. It's a little more action driven than the first 2 and more forgiving difficulty wise but it still delivers much of the same expirence. The big plus this time around is the solid story. It can be a bit confusing at times if you haven't played the first 2 games. The story is very character driven (as opposed to event driven) so if you don't know the characters you might tend to question why they act the way they do.

I would have rated it higher but there are some technical glitches that can unfortunately negativly affect the way the game plays. Inconsistant AI, graphical errors, slowdowns and crashes were common while I played but others may have better luck than me.

Overall a solid game and worthy sequel in the series.

This game is sooo much more entertaining than WoW ever was, and I LOVED WoW. I highly, highly recommend this game to any MMOers out there. Damned fun!
