Oh Snap! Spiderman is in trouble!
Video to the new Spiderman game. I think the game looks pretty damn sweet and it has some Xmen in it! There was a good spider man game a few years ago but the only thing really wrong with it was it just kinda jumped from 1 bad guy to the next and had a flimsy storyline. If they could give it a really good story and tie to badguys into it nicely. It could be awesome.

Because its the Marvel Universe and Wolverine is everywhere. Seriously I think it's like his secret mutation. Be Everywhere.
Or it could just be that they wanted Spidey to have to fight a Venom/Wolverine mix.

Wolverine should be in every marvel videogame. That's just how awesome he is.
Hopefully they'll make this one good, as I'm dying for a decent current-gen spidey experience.

Also, Gambit could destroy the entire world if he didn't proactively seek out to Charles' Xavier to put a mental block on his vast reserves of power. But to the point, I'd like to experience this game first hand, since it has been too long since I played a good superhero video game.

Looks decent, and I hope to GOD it's better than the other Spiderman games. I bought the Spiderman 3 game hoping to kill some time. I TRIED to play for about 20 minutes, got in my car, and drove back to Gamestop. One of the worst, most disjointed, boring, repetitive games I have ever played.

Holy crap, symbiote wolverine at the end is awesome. The game looks pretty damn nice.
The only Spider-Man game I played was Ultimate Spider Man, and despite it's mediocre review, I loved it. However, the single player "story" campaign was pathetic to say the least. I probably got about 12 hours of gameplay out of the game, and maybe only two or three of those were actually playing through the story campaign. It was just too short. Most of my time was spent going through the "races", which are basically just time attacks where you have to swing around and hit waypoints before time runs out. I really learned the intricacies of the control scheme and appreciated the game a lot more after playing through all of those. You were also able to play as Venom, but the only point to being venom was basically just to run around and destroy as much stuff as you can before the incredibly overpowered police gunned you down. I'll definitely check this out though... I guess I'm gonna cancel my WoW account and reactivate my gamefly, since I don't play WoW anymore anyway... but that lich king thingy is coming out soon... |

Also the game is looking amazing, let's hope it stays that way after the previews are done. I remember liking Spider-man II and III for random swinging, but it'll be nice to have a game with no rushed to meet a movie deadlines and hopefully solid game play.
