Audiosurf Rocks! "Ride Your Music"
A U D I O S U R F Ride your Music Aside from Freecell and Chip's Challenge, I haven't touched a game on the computer for almost 5 years. This one has me hooked. AudioSurf, where you literally play your music. Each song gets scanned and a unique track is created using the beats and speed of the song. At fast points you go fast! With hard beats you hit more blocks. Sound going from right to left, guess what, you have to move side to side. More fun, you can compete again other Audiosurfers through Steam. Has single and dual player modes. Allows MP3s, CDs, FLAC, OGG Vorbis, iTunes M4As (not copy protected) to be imported. While Steam is free, Audiosurf will cost you US$10.00. You can try the demo [requires Steam to be installed]. What say you TFP? Links: Last edited by Hain; 03-21-2008 at 06:04 AM.. |

I thought Audiosurf was completely overhyped.
It's a neat idea and I understand why people find it appealing, but I had no desire to play it once I had tried it. Luckily I tried the game before I bought it. My roomates brother loves it, but it's just..meh for me. |
