I'm down for some matches any night this week if anyone wants to msg me.
Esoteric, I added you as a friend. Sorry about the delay earlier, but I'm finally settled in at my new apartment and ready to play SSB with 7.1 surround speakers

well, it was released a couple of weeks ago in the UK, been playing for a couple of days.
Its good fun, but it is a serious contender with GC Mario Tennis for the 'You FUCK! How did that happen! You Cheating Bastard Computer!' award. The number of times i've gone to smash the secret contender into oblivion and the platform has fallen away from my feet, or i've been eaten by the sides of the screen, or something equally annoying happens. btw, what controller is everyone using? So far i'm favouring the GC pad, is there anything to be said for other ones?

GC controller is easiest for me. I've tried both classic and wiimote/nunchuck. Classic is okay, but the joysticks are in funny positions. I couldn't do wiimote/nunchuck. Learning new button setup was too difficult for me.
And yeah, a lot of the stages are terrible. That's why I always choose them.
