A free multiplayer shooter by the dudes who made Battlefield. I predict this will be awesome.

This looks awesome to me. I loved Battlefield 2 and 2142, and this looks like it will be a more lighthearted "arcadey" version of those. Those people bitching about it looking like TF2 in the comments are dumb, I'll bet this game plays absolutely nothing like TF2.

Well I'm definitely excited even though I would rather see the official Battlefield 3 announcement.

May be a while before they announce a BF3, they just recently announced another game called Mirror's Edge, which looks pretty cool.

Not much info has been released about it yet, except that it's heavily influenced by Parkour ("free running"). Probably cashing in on the Assassin's Creed craze, but I expect DICE to make a decent game. Let's just hope it has native widescreen support (unlike BF2/2142)
