ever been _moved_ by a game that almost (or did) make you cry?

when I was young i was in massive depression due to serious health issues and i rented Final Fantasy 2... the game changed my life. I remember feeling soooo bad for Rydia and the watching Anna save Edward by taking an arrow... i almost cried!

watching Cecil turn from a pawn in an evil game into a pure hero...... moved me.

also, remember poor Aeries (I never could get her name spelled properly)? Sephiroth,
Mr. Badguys Who Rules All Other Badguys, impaling her had bottom jawl gaping and it was hard not to cry heh.
