consoles? pcs?

what are your game machines? do you collect em or just trade/sell/give em away when new systems come out?

I collect them, but slowly.. over a course of years.. i have...

nes, snes, n64, gb, gba, sega genises, sega dreamcast, sega saturn, playstation (shit, i've gone through three of em), ps2 (on my second). if things go as planned i get the GC with the Zelda package.:)

i have a fairly good gaming pc, but i perfer consoles so i don't keep it way up to date. but it isn't too bad. 1.7ghz , 256 ram (next week i get 512 additional) with a shitload of hard drive space. Radeon 7000 pro.. i hope to upgrade the graphics card in a few months. (sorry im so long winded!)

i plan to own, in due time, the old systems.. colecovision, atai 2600 again, and i need an xbox. :)

Used to be hardcore console, then computer now a light mix of both. Just don't have the time and good games are fewer and farther between.

yeah. severe drought this year. since 97 i've been able to be excited about at least two or three games... now i'm just thinking about FFT2 and Lionheart.

Currently have a PC with Radeon 9000 Pro, and Gamecube.

Looking to get a GameBoy Advanced SP, and possibly a PSX2 if I have the money. Perhaps I'll hold out a few years for the PSX3. We'll see.

Used to have NES, SNES, and PSX but I gave them away. :(

Thankfully, NES and SNES can be relived through my PC with emmulators :D

Once had a PC, but it was too expensive to keep updated with the ever-changing hardware demands. Now am hooked on PS2. All the gaming I will ever need and way cheaper.

Right now I have an Athlon XP 1900+ running at 1.61 GHz with a GeForce 4 TI4200. 768 MB of DDR PC2100 RAM, 40 GB Maxtor HDD, 52x24x52 CD Burner, Soundblaster Live! Sound, 32X CD-ROM.

I NEVER sell any games except for my N64 ones. I play some PC games, mainly Battlefield 1942. I hope to upgrade to an Athlon XP 3000+ Barton this summer with a GeForce FX 5900 Ultra.
