Metal Gear Solid: the movie
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metal_G...lid_%28film%29
Hideo Kojima has confirmed that there will be a MGS movie. He has also reassured fans that Uwe Boll will not be any part of it, by saying "it's impossible we'd ever do a movie with him". It appears he'll be very in control of the movie, and will keep a tight grip to make sure the adaptation rings true to the games. He hasn't confirmed the actors yet, but he seems to think Viggo Mortensen would be good for Solid Snake(it would be based on MGS1). What do you guys think? I'd love to see Hayter be the actor, he probably wouldn't be bad at all, he's been in a movie before and generally makes great screenplays for movie. Plus, his snake voice would be very hard to reproduce. If Viggo can do the voice, though, I wouldn't have a problem with him being the actor. I don't think the film will come out soon, as Kojima and his team probably have their hands full with MGS4. Can't wait! |

considering there's never been a good videogame movie, I don't hope for one. I just want continued excellent games in the franchise.
