Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004
Anyone know where I can get ahold of free addons? I find it kind of stupid that people have to pay a membership price of 20 bucks a year just to get addons for games

go to flightsim.com, u can get a free membership there.... just use google, you should beable to find alot of stuff... the downside with flightsim.com is that with the free membership, it will not let u get on during peak hours when there are too many regular members on to preserve speeds... but once your on your on. (i havn't been there for a year, and i'm assuming its still like that)
i've found handfuls of free stuff for that game online without a paying or having too many problems flight sim stuff is like pornography, they charge for it, but you can get it free

Sure you can. Just keep trying and eventually someone will sign out and you'll get in. Usually takes me no more than 5 minutes. When there, be sure to check out the realistic DC9 cockpit. It's JUST like the real thing as far as switch sequence modelling. |

As an avid user of MS flight sim products to help keep up my flight currency, I can say that flightsim.com is a pretty good site. Try www.avsim.com also for more free updates.
And if you're up to it, try bittorent for more addons. The pirate bay has some good torrents it's just a question if anyone is seeding or not. |

Then dump MSFS and go with X-Plane! Hundreds of planes for the taking and you can make yer own. Sure some parts are as ugly as sin but it's getting better! Honest!
