Besideses, my Car regisitration says I should speed down the middle of the highway. See, right there at the bottom: "Tear along the dotted line." In any case, I have not been drinking. Au contraire, I have been eating frog's legs, and what you smell on my breath are the hops. No, it is not I wqho have been tippling,l but rather this ill tuned and recalcitraitorous beastie with the iv'ry smile yonder....

| Riding the Ocean Spray Location: S.E. PA in U Sofa | nice photo site, Jet. I wish I could read Russian better. But I liked this one UPD. Оказывается это не единственная их инициатива. Существует еще один забавный проект "самая глубокая урна" (см. ролик в продолжении поста) |

| The Reforms Location: Rarely, if ever, here or there, but always in transition | no kidding. If I were to hit "backspace" on my etoday page, it would come out to be the exact page you found that clip from... good finding, Nick. Concidence strikes again. 1697 I wanted to post the project in "Found on the Net", but my procrastination wiles/perfectionist being has delayed me in doing so. What would be a good title for the video (which seems to be a volkswagen prod.)?

Thank you for reading my post...if you did. Here's a picture as a small token of compensation...she's quite tall, which in a sense can be considered "longest" |

| The Reforms Location: Rarely, if ever, here or there, but always in transition | just too much activity. I don't like the fan to be noticable, ie, "running hot". I meant I'll be restarting again once I have the new AV installed, which should be around 45 minutes from now (the download is currently at 14%). are you sure we are less than 1500 away?

| Riding the Ocean Spray Location: S.E. PA in U Sofa | by my count as of 1 minute ago, we're still 1566 behind depending on the processor load, my laptop heats up pretty good and the fan runs noticeably harder....but from people who've commented on this with long term experience, it's not a problem for this particular laptop. In the past I've always stuck with Intel processors until I got this one, which has AMD Turion X2 Ultra Dual-Core Mobile ZM-82 2.2 GHz, 4GB RAM, 64-bit OS; it's an HP Pavilion dv7 ...I like it. |

| The Reforms Location: Rarely, if ever, here or there, but always in transition | I read an article on Yahoo about a week ago that most laptops only have a life expectancy of 3 years. They said Toshiba laptops are the best with only a 16% failure rate due to hardware malfunctions, while HP notebooks are by far the worst with a 26% failure rate. The article must have vanished into the ether, cause I can't find it again.

| ░ Location: ❤ | My cab-driver/computer guy aquaintance dowloaded this free anti-virus program for me. Avira. So far it's worked very well. I'm fortunate that this 2000 Dell pc has been running smoothly, with no problems so far. If it went down, I'd be dependent upon the library computers. |

| The Reforms Location: Rarely, if ever, here or there, but always in transition | I need to get my butt in gear and pester myself enough to convince my other self to buy an external drive and backup my cyber self. I don't want to lose self identity and meanderings from the past 4 years. They're cheap, too. What my storage cost then is now 15 time less expensive.

In between those I have to run out to Rite Aid to get new reading glasses since I broke mine earlier today. Wow, I have a full schedule tonight! |

| Riding the Ocean Spray Location: S.E. PA in U Sofa | Well some related reliability facts: even though I love this laptop and it's now worked perfectly for many months, I could say it has a failure rate of 50% for me since the first one I got started acting up after one week so they gave me a new one which so far has been perfect. Like most things, it's perfect until it craps out and then it's a piece of shit. Like the two Gateway laptops I have in my garage that were perfect until they both failed in the same mode...not sure why I didn't just throw them in the trash...I'm still hoping to some day remove the hard drives and copy that part of my life on to my Western Digital Mirror external hard drive. |
