All of the decorative ceiling work and many painting and fresco restorations at the Philadelphia Masonic Temple were done by my dad ...I know for sure he's resting in peace.

(from the sign in the old homestead out- house)

I prefer scrunch if its thin pedestrian commercial type, otherwise the luxury of a fold is nice.

the new heavy duty Charmin has opened up new vistas for me in toilet paper folding ...so from each new roll I'm folding less sheets and getting more shits

What was the name of that old guy in the 'don't squeeze the Charmin' commercials.. he creeped me out about pooping for awhile when I was a kid.

He seemed pervy.

I fold my tp. Also, I seriously can't stand when someone uses the last of a roll and grabs another one, but doesn't replace it.

I always the face the tp on the roll toward me as well.

I knew the direction of the paper was next.

I have the fortune to live alone and I haven't put a roll on the holder for years now, I do prefer the paper 'over' if the holder is convenient to reach.

has to be over. when it falls behind, it's kinda hard to get a nice rip in the paper. it kinda just drags the whole roll down with it which sucks.

so what's new ppl? i just realized that steam sucks so much that i want to kill someone. they made it so that the updates would make my games not work anymore. fucking hell!!!

Only over the top makes sense to me. If I go into somebody else's toilet and it's behind, I switch it around. Also, I must have obsolete paper holders since most of the new, larger-than-life rolls are a tight fit.

Is steam a game? I'll go see what that's about. Otherwise, I like thermodynamics and steamed lobsters.

this isn't your bike, is it?

"...that's my daughter in the water..." ....actually on the "bike" she built, and it works!

PS: Regarding our kids in pics policy, I'm just pointing out that my daughter is 26yo and while she'll always be my baby, she's not a "kid" anymore.

Do we, Do we ....awww, now I had such an nice memory of my beloved black Lab. I love that dog. We named him Dewey. We thought it was appropriate since his father was a famous pedigree Lab called Admiral....I forget Admiral what, but one of those high faluting pedigree dog names, and his mother was also a show dog. Fortunately, he ended up with some good genes anyway. But we named him Dewey since we asked ourselves "do we want a dog or don't we" and we decided we do, so it was Dewey. The whole family loved that dog. Finally I had to put him down when he was 15yo, he could hardly see and could barely stand up on his own; I held him in a tight hug while the vet that had taken care of him since he was a puppy hit him with the O.D. shot. I still have his ashes, some of which we scattered in his favorite creeks and some in the waves off Martha's Vineyard where he loved to play in the surf.

Explain the following passage: "In the arvo last Chrissy the relos rocked up
for a barbie, some bevvies and a few snags. After a bit of a Bex and a lie down
we opened the pressies, scoffed all the chockies, bickies and lollies. Then we
drained a few tinnies and Mum did her block after Dad and Steve had a barney and a bit of biffo."

Sittin' at home last Sunday mornin' me mate Boomerrang Said he was havin' a few people around for a barbie, Said he might Kookaburra or two.

I said, "Sounds great, will Wallaby there?"

He said "Yeah and Vegemite come too".

So I said to the wife "Do you wanna Goanna?". She said "I'll go if Dingos".

So I said "Wattle we do about Nulla?"

He said "Nullabors me to tears, leave him at home."

Boomerang (Aboriginal weapon) (Barbie - Australian slang for barbeque) (Kookaburra - Australian bird) (Wallaby - Australian animal) (Vegemite - Australian food product) (Goanna - Australian lizard) (Dingo - Australian wild dog) (Nullabour - Highway through the outback of Australia)

ahhhz, the strangeness of OZ. I've eaten Vegemite sandwiches but never tasted a platypus ...I think they're one of my favorite animals, I don't mean to eat, just to appreciate the cute weirdness.
