Se7en posts in a row. :O

Jetée 12-17-2007 02:18 PM

Well, it is a bit cold, my touch is not what it once was...

let's leave that regard, from what I vaguely remember, you joined at abou the the same time Ch'i fell out, OCM was a fledgling, and along with Sharon, you contributed some.

It gets hard to keep track, but I am able to divide this thread in parts and chapters, based on my intricate knowledge and superb standing of being only one of two people in the world to have read this entire thread, from start to finish.

They show as double-mergred for me. The nerve of this thread! The one I have mastered!!!

I mustav mistooken thees widgets for those there whoozits and discombobulated the formula.

Esoteric 12-17-2007 02:32 PM

They've automerged now.

Jetée 12-17-2007 02:34 PM

Now, as in there was a past? This thread is evolving into an anomorphous being... scary.

Whatever where was I?

Ah, I transgressed a new topic. I guess my best combo-hit finisher was for a total of 160 in whatsay, 20 minutes. I think that was about 30 pages ago.

Esoteric 12-17-2007 02:37 PM

CRAZYNESS!

Jetée 12-17-2007 02:41 PM

Yeah, it was pages 223 thru 227.

I had other spurts of anywhere from four to 54 consecutives, but that tops the list.

I really like this page's flow:
http://www.tfproject.org/tfp/showthr...99777&page=238

ring 12-17-2007 02:42 PM

Am I weird? I've read the whole thread also.

hey there folks.

Jetée 12-17-2007 02:47 PM

Add 1. For now. I'll have to make a longest thread test of ultimate knowledge. The Elite Three. (You better have read it all, 'cause i really like that title I just made up) :D

ring 12-17-2007 02:53 PM

:D Even slogged through the bottles of beer on the wall. worse than the begats.

Jetée 12-17-2007 02:55 PM

I coincidentally happened upon this page that seems to be the most complete and real:

BadNick 12-17-2007 08:11 PM

damn, I did a double-take to make sure I was in the right thread since there is so much "sense" in the last couple pages, I thought we lost the "non".

I've never played at Pandora but it looks like a very interesting way to explore music ...and I love music. I guess who doesn't? I'm so busy now with Christmas coming up and last couple days of work with a million loose ends I have to tie up before I skip out Wednesday until after the new year ...but after Wednesday this week I'll explore the music.

That dessert section a little while ago here reminded me of these little crunchy choco things I purchased on a whim last week at Costco. They are Belgian chocolate crispy Delacre crepes. I don't exaggerate when I admit I ate almost the whole box myself and I'm not usually a sweets person. So this week I went back and bought 7 more boxes to hand out as tasty little presents. http://www.delacre.com/history/index.html

Ourcrazymodern? 12-18-2007 09:31 AM

Did I digress?

"The time you won your town the race, we chaired you through the marketplace. Man and boy stood cheering by as home we brought you, shoulder-high. Smart lad to slip, betimes away, from fields where glory does not stay: Early though the laurel grows, it withers quicker than a rose Now you will not swell the rout of lads who wore their honors out: Runners who renown outran, and the name died 'fore the man."

Tophat665 12-18-2007 10:07 AM

How can one possibly digress in a conversation about non-sequitors?

Jetée 12-18-2007 10:12 AM

Talk to yourself, figure it out inasmuch a manner that befits.

Ourcrazymodern? 12-18-2007 10:53 AM

Choose the dog.
It might make nonsense.
The cat won't.

& you know what the problem with kittens is.

ring 12-18-2007 11:19 AM

when the right puppie chooses me,
I want us to have fun naming.
Posting a picture will help.

I'm going to be a mommie !! *twirls and claps*
I haven't had such a neatsie attack in some time.

BadNick 12-18-2007 11:39 AM

I love dogs and cats and have had several of each. Right now we're leaning toward a cat but in the not too distant future we'll also probably get a dog. Black Lab or Golden Retriever are our canine preferences when we do get one ...the black lab I had years ago was such a wonderful dog I can never forget good old Dewey.

For the cat I'm leaning toward a Maine Coon Cat but I need to learn more about them. Like ....I like large cats but I want to know if they all get this large:

http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...e-coon-cat.jpg

This little guy is cute:

http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...stian_baby.jpg

ring 12-18-2007 12:02 PM

Maine Coons can indeed get that large, I'm guessing that is a rather small person though. They have a reputation for not tolerating other cats in the
home, but there are always exceptions of course.

I need to get a small dog, it would not be fair to keep a larger one in my small
apt., Rescuing one from a shelter if possible.

That little one is charming.

I look forward to having a companion and friend again.

BadNick 12-18-2007 12:22 PM

Did you see the "puppy a day" thread here? I think it was just posted yesterday. Lots of cute little doggies in there. It's so nice of you to consider rescue from a shelter ...that's a sad fate if somebody doesn't save the day.

ring 12-18-2007 12:48 PM

This is a chihuahua-yorkshire terrier mix, something I was considering.
Adopting from a shelter has risks as does anything else, but over the years
between my mother and I we have rescued many strays and either kept them,
or found good homes.

Our catered lunch menu:

cucumber and red onion salad
lots of sweets
