4 hours so far. All in this month, I only recently started doing volunteer work :)

Silk. I can't stand to be 'bundled up' In fact, I used to wear only ear muffs and gloves while walking from the parking lot to work in -0 weather. People used to think I was crazy but really all you need is to keep the 5 points warm and the rest will be just fine.

I like all the nutritous cerials. I like to mix and match. Pour a little of this with a little of that add some of this and there you have it. Nuts, grans, fiber galore...that's what I like. Unless there's coco pebbles...Mmmmm coco pebbles - it's been too long!

Hrm, one where the guy is willing to drop $300 for dinner at some fine dinng establishment

I don't think my wife would mind the company, but we're pretty romantic so probably not...

Have you ever had to care for a disabled person? How did you feel about it?

A few times back in middle school. I was hanging out with a friend of mine and we were pushing kids in their wheelchairs around campus. It was odd indeed. I'm not sure that the mentally retarded twins in wheelchairs knew that we were there.

And then there's my friend Jorge who walked with cruches. We're were, like, 12 or 13, and mostly played video games. After a few years, we grew apart. And we had some fun at Disneyland. He brought his wheelchair, and his brother and me got to the front of every line :D

Besides replying to this post, what are you doing right now?

freaking out about weight gain and picking apple pieces out of my teeth.

do you drink soda, pop, juice, water, alcohol, or other as a preference?

Depends on what I am doing. Just home from work? Bring on the alcohol! With dinner? Water or maybe some wine. Breakfast? Coffee or juice.

Throughout the day? Water for the most part. Tap water is fine by the way.

My favorite job so far? Hard to say. Toss up between actress on a movie with a real set and I was the lead lady, and this job - Immigration Coordinator.

What would you do if you didn't have to make money?

I would be a personal shopper if I still had to work. But if I didn't have to work and I didn't have to have money to spend, I would just travel all over the world. I wouldn't have a house just a passport and be a nomad.

Do you like to camp and if so what is your favorite part of it?

I love to camp. I've camped out in both summer and winter. One of my favourite things is when you get up in the middle of the night, and it's completely quiet with the stars and moon lighting up the sky from horizon to horizon.

How would you celebrate a modest raise?

by buying a modest car

I'm probably going to suprise my wife with nice dinner out - sans kiddo.

is arguing a sport? then that would be my sport of choice :) otherwise none because i am completely a klutz wiht no grace or agility whatsoever...


what are you doing this afternoon?

I'm moving furniture around after my ex-wife moved out. Just trying out new positions for the couch and some bookshelves. The cats are freaked, they don't like change, they keep climbing over everything and mewing.


got any plans for the weekend?

We did have plans for this weekend. Two sets of them and they both got foiled so I'm staying in now. First we were supposed to go to LA to visit Sultana. However, jj bought a ticket for his daughter to see us this weekend. So no LA. :( Then the flight that was to bring the daughter here got cancelled. So, I'm sitting around thinking about starting a painting and watching jj play Mortal Kombat and that will probably be my 3-day weekend.

What magical power would you like to have and why?

now that's a toughie. I was going to say "the ability to fly" cause that would be neat and a cool way to get around, but then "the ability to breathe water" could be pretty handy too. And lets not discount "instant teleportation" either. I think the magical ability I would like to have would be the ability to do magic!

Arthur Weasley, because he's an accomplished wizard who gets great joy from his hobby - all things muggle. I'd prefer to be Snape, but I'm not that duplicitous.
