Below is a picture of the credit card applications I have gotten in the mail since April, these are just the ones that had that little plastic or paper cards and magnets in them, all together 77 cards and 14 magnets.

29 Cards from Capital One.
14 Magnets from Capital One.
7 Cards from City Bank.
4 Cards from United Airlines.
3 Cards from Ebay.
7 Cards from American Express.
27 cards from Discover.

What a waste.

The irony is that if someone was to steal one of these out of your mailbox and set it up -The credit card companies will start to bill you and not really care if they really have a real person interested in using their product.

Of course, once they start billing you -you will have an uphill battle getting your name out of their customer list.

This happened to a friend of mine. I would call them and start asking them not to send you any more crap in the mail.
