I don't really know if this should go here or in Sexuality, but I feel patriotic, so what the hell!

Yup, we've been to a few. You have to do the research and pick the right one; some cater to an older crowd and some to a younger, some are hardcore and some are a little softer.

Xtabi in Mississauga, for instance, is (or was, we haven't been for a bit) for the younger set, and even allows some singles in on certain nights. Eros has an older crowd in T.O.

If the Conservatives win, you can kiss the legality of the swing clubs goodbye. Same goes for gay marriages and alot of other "rights" we have in Canada that the americans don't have. It's gonna be like the religious right that elected dubbya in the states will be here too.

If he could, Harper would repeal gay marriage, he'd go after pot smokers with a vengence and any form of sexual relationship between consenting adults that made him feel all "icky" would be grounds for jail time.

Thankfully, even if he gets in, he'll not be able to do any of it.
