That statue looks to me like Emily Carr, but this house is neither her childhood home or the Emily Carr Institute. Is that her?

hint the statue is not Emily Carr.

Alright, the person the statue is of is also a doctor.

this I believe, is the Dr Frederick Banting house in London Ontario.

Canadian Dr's Frederick Banting and Charles Best were credited with discovering Insulin.
