For the most part it looks real to me, but there is a smudge mark/blur thing going on over her left breast that makes it look like it was doctored. There is some blurring by her thumb as well. If you blow it up in photoshop, it looks like the nipple was pasted on and then the smudge tool was used around the edge, but there is a spot on the right side that has perfectly crisp lines.

Upon further review, I say it's fake. I could be dead wrong though.

Agreed. It's not that I'd put it past Sharon, its just that it doesn't look real, the nipple is too far to the left (her right). Look at the picture, and mentally "block out" the nipple, and the picture looks more correct.

But then again it could be real.
