It's coming up this weekend and I was wondering if any of the Calgarian TFPers is planning on attending.

And I watch the news every day. *pout*

Yup, I usually head down to the reservoir and take in a bit of the festivities. and good on ya feelgood for getting into one of those demons. Man, I had to move a couple of those one day when a friend wanted to get at his kayak, and they are friggin' monsters!

Hope the weather holds out too. Looks like it might rain a bit on Saturday, if you believe the weather channel. And they seem to be close to correct when they are only a day or so away, but Staurday is till 3 days away, enough time to get it right!

Maybe if you and I and Minx all wear our Mickey Mouse ears we can recognize each other and say hello. Just a plan in progress, maybe we go with plan B?

I'm going to get a T-shirt made up with my sig line on it - that way any TFP members will recognize me if they see me! :D

I am definitely going to try to get down there and check it out. My boy plays football on Saturdays though so I don't know if I'll make it.

Whooo!

Man, first race, we placed fifth but that was only due to the fact that the sixth place team went waaay off course and crashed into us, or rather, we crashed into them. The force was so strong that it knocked my glasses off and now, it's somewhere on the bottom of glenmore.

Second race, we got fifth again, the race was pretty close according to our coach.

Sunday's third race was quarter final for C division, our team smoked the others by placing first.

There was suppose to be a semi-final but I don't know why it was cancelled but the final race, we ended up in second place.

I didn't take any pictures but the others on the team did and they're planning on putting it all on the website and I'll post the link in the photo. Be sure to look in the newspaper tomorrow for the team name "Flying Tigers"
