I'm just guessing that this guy will get some money. I would say $50 max.

But in ten days if the price is at $8000 my face will sure be red.

This is no different from the guys at off-ramps holding cardboard "gimme money" signs. I'm not surprised he hasn't had any bites.

There have been websites from people asking for money to pay off debts (and it has worked)...not surprised this happened. I guess it is just the "logical" progression of things.
