For my flu shot, my arm wasn't that bad... it hurt, but I could move it. Problem was it lasted multiple days.. and I had a headache for ages.

I can't remember my Mening. shots being that bad.

I rememeber in high school punching everyone in the arm when they got tetnus shots. Those were the days.

Why are you all getting shot up with flu vaccines? I reckon I'd probably notice the symptoms of the shot about as much as I notice the flu.

Yeah.. I thought it was free too.. but I'm slack and apparently the health insurance I thought I had I don't... so I owe $30 for the damn shot now...

Medicare pops $30 for the shot.. and the uni covers the rest... at least, that's how it's supposed to work. Without medicare though....

I wasn't till the latest Triple J 100 (the full 100, not the top 20 or whatever CD they put out).. good catch.

How'd you end up hearing about them?

Shit, i better get some flu shots too.
I recently did my senior first aid certificate, and the medic instructor insisted that if we take nothing from the course at all, please remember to get the Hep B Vaccination. He then went onto describe how serious and dangerous this disease is, and how its spreading quickly.

I heard about them when they were touring in Melbourne late-ish last year, and heard their songs on the radio, but I didn't get their album until recently.

Didn't end up going to see them when they were down, next time!

Fuck flu shots, all they do is give you the flu, then you get it a coupla months later anyway after it's mutated. Fuck that, i'll take my chances.
