Ah. This video is by Spumco, the makers of Ren & Stimpy and the Ripping Friends. They used to have a website ( www.spumco.com ) but it disapeared a year or two ago. They made web cartoons like Jimmy the Idiot Boy and a few others I can no longer remember. This was on their site as well.
I sure do miss that site.
