It's a beautiful drive. I've done it two ways; north through sudbury (lots of sights between TO and the big Nickel: Muskoka, stop at the Bobby Orr museum, the French River. I've also gone up through Tobermory and take the ferry across to Manitoulan Island. I love this route. the route onthe north shore of Lake Superior is awsome. Stop for a coffee at all of the small towns, and take pictures of the lake, and of the giant goose in Wawa. |

you're pretty much in for a long drive.......sure its nice to stop at small towns along the way but after about 6 hours of driving straight....you're just gonna want to get there and be done with it. You can only look at trees and rocks for so long.......
