It may just be me, but those accompanying fries don't seem to measure up.

Ourcrazymodern? 09-24-2010 10:51 AM

Giant Hamburger heard what his mother said.

Jetée 09-30-2010 07:51 PM

one more for you. (I wish I had one near.)

Jetée, where is that last hamburger from?
I like the cut of its jib.

Apologies for the delayed relay, but I fell into the void.
I didn't come out with an answer, tho, but I felt half-confident the beefy consumption came from In-N-Out.

I also tried a search for "fast food that uses sesame seed buns.", but it didn't help.

Here's some humble pie for my futile effort to provide citations and appropriate indications. (it's inside the buns, this time.)

In case I didn't state it before, I've created two separate "folders" for such instances of topical morsels, so, I suppose, I should finally get to posting, at the very least, a few now.

The Mayor

trivial quotable: McDonald's Characters
Quote:

Mayor McCheese was an enormous cheeseburger who appeared from 1971–1985, he has a burger for a head, and sports a top hat, a diplomat's sash, and a pair of pince-nez spectacles. He is portrayed as a giggly, bumbling, somewhat incompetent mayor. He was based on H.R. Pufnstuf. Though the character was dropped during the streamlining of the characters in the mid-1980s, he did appear in a 1999 "The Wacky World of Ronald McDonald" VHS entitled "Have Time, Will Travel" and a non-speaking cameo in "The Monster O' McDonaldland Loch." Mayor McCheese was voiced by Howard Morris impersonating Ed Wynn in the commercials and by Bob Joles also impersonating Ed Wynn in "The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald."

You know you can call me. I'm one of those persons who is desperate for feedback. I crave it (because I never get it).

(I also notice as soon as one admits such a thing, they promptly turn to being ignored even more "violently")

Ironically, (I'm not using this word correctly) this is how I feel, and have felt, for some weeks now.

You can;t please everyone. For those you can't, ship 'em a pie, and let them smile privately.

Gentleman, thank you for your gifts of imagery!

I visit this thread from time to time to warm the blood in my 3-chambered heart.

Here is a recent project of mine...

"I have modified your hamburger for my pleasure."

Ah.. and.. (choo!) ... thanks to my a-aac (above-average archival capacity) to find what was not there, I have located you once more (as well as your delightful photostream). I have requested your virtual tendril-companionship (I am sorry I am so empty - I have no crayons, nor a Canon).

I need to do more in order to bring more, to the masses. Be back in time.

Giant Hamburger 12-03-2010 02:10 PM

I can be found here
for those who desire to see what I am up to.

I have added you, Jetée, as a contact.
It is a binding social contract that should not be taken lightly!

Ourcrazymodern? 12-03-2010 02:30 PM

Nice place you have there.

I thought: instead of continually stating how I delve back into the picture portfolio dedicated to his gravitating drippiness, (Drippy - cousin, I think - is one of my all-time favorite characters) I might as well share it instead.

Giant Hamburger's Secret (Foodstuff)

Ask about any photo or image. I probably have the author information to every single one stashed away somewhere.

I see you keep it well marinated & sharply trimmed.

Love the dangling festivious burger ornamentals.

Giant Hamburger 01-04-2011 02:17 PM

Some day Ring, I will have you over for tea and tiny finger burgers!

uncle phil 01-04-2011 03:46 PM

can i come, can i come?

Giant Hamburger 01-04-2011 03:57 PM

It would be a pleasure to break hamburger with you!

Ourcrazymodern? 01-06-2011 02:06 PM

It's your sauce, man. Admit it.

Giant Hamburger 01-18-2011 03:45 PM

Maybe your right but I fear it is not for everyone.

Ourcrazymodern? 01-18-2011 04:14 PM

Fear is the levitation killer.

bagatelle 02-11-2011 12:17 AM

These squishy hamburger key rings are nice to squeeze:

Giant Hamburger 02-11-2011 02:36 PM

Bagatelle, you are sweet to think of me but that looks like a chicken sandwich,
not that there is anything wrong with that.

I fear I have been forced to eat almost all of my secrets as I search for dry land.

Jetée 02-13-2011 08:11 PM

How big were your secrets, then? Do you have room for any more?
