Well..I am heading back out to blackcomb this year..been 11 years since i was there..can't wait to see all the changes that have been made..

Anyone know of any cheap (haha) places to stay? I have friends not far from the village I can hit up..but if I can find a cheap place..I'd do that instead of the inconvience to them

One end of the country to the other, hey! I really don't think there is such a thing as Inexpensive Whistler accommodation anymore. Since the Olympics were awarded, real estate value has pushed upward, even Squamish is getting expensive. The sagging US dollar has taken a bit of steam out of the top end of the market ($5million mansions) but I bet that's not what you had in mind. What are you going to do up there?

I got a place to stay now...my buddy lives right in creekside..so thats perfect..he called me the other night and told me to crash at his place..

Going oot there for 7 days boarding for atleast 4 maybe 5.. been a while since i have been out there

Oh man I miss that place!

Haven't put my feet down on a board and felt the fresh powder of Whistler in over 6 years now.. still think of it often and miss it out here in the flat.. anywayshope you enjoy it, you lucky duck! :D
