there ought to be a warning for all those epileptic (spellling?) out there on this one...

If there was a warning, then it wouldn't have the same effect.

But nevertheless, I agree. I hate these darned things, and if it weren't for your warning, my sound would've been way up and I would've woken up the household.

I thought epilepsy was from flashing lights and such?

True it is more common with flashing lights but there is no reason these things shouldn't be able to call out an attack aswell... The image quickly appearing togheter with the sound creates a powerfull panickreaction if you are not ready..
Heck some with the more severe forms gets attacks from watching mtv...

I think if you have a sensitivity, you should be aware of such things. It wasn't a direct link to swf thing, it was to a web page that housed it. At that point, it is possible to see what you're looking at and make a sound judgment from there.

Also, there is no way we could make a proper medical decision on what does or does not cause such reactions as laypeople.

That's be like me being a diabetic, buying a chocolate bar, and dying because no one "told me" there was sugar in it. You know of your health issues, be weary of them and their impact on your life.

How many bottles were there on that last one anyway?
