I hope you ppl aren't seious about that being funny. What if you were that kid? From looking at it frame-by-frame it looks like he got some big scratches on his left foot and scratched the top of his back and back of his head and neck. And if that diving board knocked him out he could have drowned if those 3 guys weren't so close to him. Does that sound funny to you? I don't see how laughing at other ppl's misfourtunes is funny.

On the other hand, I kinda wish that were me cause I would be like "*sniff* *sniff* *sniff* Do you guys smell that? I smell a lawsuit!" Id then be asking for a phone and my lawyers phone number since that looked like a public pool. $$$ for me!!!

You would have no case for a lawsuit here.

Diving boards are not to be played with. It clearly says near the board that you are to dive at your own risk. Also, these things are meant to be bounced on ONCE and then do the dive, not six.

In a serious light, it's not funny because he could have been (was) hurt.
However, most people are far too serious. I find this amusing in a slapstick way.

I've never seen a warning sign that says dive at your own risk. Now I've seen warning signs that say NOT to dive in a certain area because it's too shallow there. And I have not seen any written rules about how many times you are supposed to jump on a diving board. Now if it were written somewhere then he'd at fault for not following the rules. But how is he supposed to not do something that isn't written as a warning not to do in the first place? Just because someone made a stupid choice doesn't mean he has no chance at winning a lawsuit. There are a lot of cases where someone makes a stupid decision and gets injured and sues and wins. Lucky bastards!

I still think it's hilarious. I had already seen this video before. I knew what it was before I even clicked on the post and started laughing as soon as I saw the topic. If that were me on that diving board I would have laughed too. Especially since because it's a video he more than likely was trying to show off or something and wanted it documented. He fell and made an ass of himself. I don't doubt it hurt like hell too.
