sillygirl, sweet? hahahaha, just playin silly, I had to say it...... I honestly don't know where I'll be on May 10-15 OCM, I'l lbe in Winnipeg for a day or two that's for sure, I'm driving in from Thompson to catch my flight to Ottawa, but I'm going to hang out in Winnipeg for a day or two probably more, then home to visit the parents for a couple of days.......

I've watched my cat snatch birds out of the air. She's quite the little hunttress. If only she'd take that bloodthirst to the squirrels...
The labrador just sits there wagging his tail with his toungue hanging out...

Now, owls I like. I don't see many here in town, but I saw a bald eagle flying north over downtown the other day...predatory birds are like spiders; they're both our comrades in the war against more destructive (and reproductive)elements. Are your chickens free-ranging?

free ranging in a 20x20 coop........they used to be all over,til shadow,the black lab, one day decided to have a taste........she got one chicken.......and since then,i've built a big coop.
and the eggs.........my god are they tasty. |
