For all the swords and sorcery fantasies I've read, I can't say I like warfare that much...although warfare was a subtext of Out of Africa, also. Maybe it excites me in a way I can't acknowledge.

I enjoyed Michigan, mostly the U.P., so I guess I have been a bit farther east than Chicago. Damn, I hate it when I catch myself mistaken too late. (How do you spell the first word of that Ste. Marie place?) Anyway, that's where I failed to get into Canada...
