I mean apart from the obvious. I hate Bush, I hate Labour, I think the Democats should all die terrible deaths... but am I so different from you?

The answer in this reporter's eyes is yes. I just spent the last 3 hours of my life trying to pick up a chick who is 40, who was the mum of the guy whose 21st I went to. Damn she was hot... but is that an excuse?

Damn women... why do you all have to be so, so, so... alive?

Hhhmm. Well, as a woman who refers to herself as a "thirtysomething", I find I am both attracting and attracted to men who are younger than me. In fact, I make a rule not to date men older than me.

I hear from my single girlfriends (who do the pubs more often than I) that younger men consider older women to be generally more sexually experienced (tick), have less hangups (uumm....), are more confident of themselves, their body and their sexuality (tick), are financially stable (tick) and generally have their shit together more than the younger chickies.

Still.....I seem to be the only chick in this Aussie corner here so I dunno how gender balanced the responses will be!

Nah, we're pretty much the same, except for you not liking the fact that women are alive, I'm pretty indifferent to that...
