they've gone too far...

the bastards are at it again..........

this time they we're picking on our rabbit.

see,we let him (thumper) out every day to run around the yard right.....so the fuckin' squirrels decide to play "fuck with the rabbit"

timid this guy is of ours.......freaks out easily.

anyways.....these bastards are leapin' out at him from everywhere........the wife and i just sit back and watch.

kinda entertaining.....'cept for poor thumper

tell me now,.....besides a big pot of water and some garlic.onions and cloves.......who would want to hurt this little guy....

http://volcano.photobucket.com/album...per_posing.jpg

i mean really..........

the two terrors of the neighbourhood are now on film and indistinguishable from the other skwerrl mafia.....(as astro puts it)

their beady little eyes..............behold.

http://volcano.photobucket.com/album...ting_skull.jpg

not only do they torment my rabbit......they still keep tryin' to take my skulls from the skull tree.

this bastard was just eyeballin' me up..........almost taunting me...

fuckin' tough guy eh?

bastards..........BASTARDS.............

Fremen 05-04-2004 10:34 PM

S/he looks delicio...er...very cute and cuddly. Riggggght. :p

bernadette 05-04-2004 11:17 PM

awwww i love thumper!!! ♥

i got nice squirrels in my backyard.
maybe cuz i feed them almonds & peanuts?

my squirrels though do get a little demanding sometimes...
they look in my window with that "hey bitch can't you see we're outta nuts here?" look on their faces...
i'm a sucker for them. i run out there & give 'em a big fat refill.

but my squirrels i guess might be a tad tamer than yours....
tho it could be sumthin about my two big dogs that chase them, huh?

either that, or squirrels up your way are just mean! & california squirrels are laid back & way cooler than canuck squirrels?

Destrox 05-05-2004 01:32 AM

That squirrel is black... thats a first to my eyes.

paddyjoe 05-05-2004 03:20 AM

Why doncha just leave a few bowls of Blue laying around?

That oughta kill em off.

Charlatan 05-05-2004 06:31 AM

I don't know... Rabbits are just plain scary. They look all cuddly and floppy eared but they have long claws and nasty dispositions...

They really wierd me out.

Luki 05-05-2004 10:00 AM

you shouldn't be afraid for Thumper, it's a rabbit, you don't think they eat all those carrots and have good eyesight for nothing do you? What do you think they need to see so well for? They planning something.....

This outta do the trick:

IZH DROZD AIR PISTOL- The next generation in bb guns!

The first time we saw this EAA Baikal, CO2 powered, select fire BB gun, we were impressed. Now that we've had a chance to plink with it, we are amazed! We said to ourselves that European American Armory and the Baikal factory had better be ready to make a lot of these. The DROZD is powered by a standard CO2 cartridge and four (AAA) batteries to give you the ultimate BB gun. The factory claims 360 fps, but our tests have shown speeds over 450 fps consistently! There are three switches on the Drozd bb gun :

The first powers up the electrical firing mechanism
The second is for the selection of fire (1 = single shot, 2 = three round burst, 3 = six rounds burst)
The third switch controls cycle speed ( 300 rds/m, 450 rds/m, 600 rds/m). The pistol style magazine holds 30 BBs at a time and the CO2 cartridge!

With the magazine inserted and the butt stock installed, you have the fit and feel of a military style weapon that shoots BBs for your shooting sports pleasure.

Caliber: .177
Description: CO2, Battery Powered, Semi-auto With Stock Attached
Muzzle Velocity: 360 fps
Overall Length: 13.75", 19.5"
Barrel Length: 10"
Width: 1.75"
Height: 13.75"
Ammo: bb's

Scorps 05-05-2004 10:55 AM

ya get a beebee gun and shoot the little bastards:D

platypus 05-05-2004 11:17 AM

You need one of these. Of course, Bugs might have a different opinion on that.

Caught this Wild Kingdom moment in my back yard a few weeks ago.

monkeysugar 05-05-2004 02:17 PM

Cute bunny.
Jesus Christ that first squirrel is creepy looking. I grew up playing in the woods and I can't say I've ever seen one that color before. Not sure what the laws are up in BC, But I'd recommend a BB gun, Wrist-rocket, or if you want to really go to war on the tree rats, a blowgun (optionally powered by an air compressor. Stick those little bastards right to the tree :)

SQUIRREL FRICASSEE

2 dressed young squirrels (2 lbs.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 - 3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. grated onion (optional)

Wipe squirrel thoroughly with a damp cloth. Remove any hair and scent glands. Examine carefully to locate imbedded shot and remove with a sharp pointed knife. Wash thoroughly inside and out in warm water. Drain well and cut into serving pieces. (Never wash after cutting up.) Combine salt, pepper, and flour. Dredge meat and coat well. Heat shortening in a heavy skillet; brown meat slowly on all sides to a rich brown (about 15 minutes). Add 1/4 cup of water; cover tightly; reduce heat and simmer gently until tender (about 30 minutes). Add remaining water as needed.

Squirrel should be very tender when done. Remove squirrel to a hot platter; cover and keep hot. Blend any leftover seasoned flour into the fat remaining in skillet. Add milk gradually and cook until gravy boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve at once with squirrel. Add the grated onion for additional flavor, if desired. 4 servings.

holy shit..........1st off......i don't wanna harm these little bastards.

we actually don't mind 'em comin' around.........more or less don't want them fuckin' with the rabbitt.

as Luki said.....thumper knows he's prey and he's equiped for it so.......i guess he'll have to deal with the harrasment.

Rup.....damn fine lookin' bb gun man..........*must bring to the property this year*..........

Everyone knows that Evil Squirells are attracted to shiny Coors Light cans. It's almost like a lure to a fish except that Coors Light drinkers are particularly hounded by the Evil Squirrel mafiaso's.
