Group A: Mail, Pairs, Quoit, Louse, More
Group B: Plan, Grapes, Pledge, Party, Exit

What is the difference between the groups?

Group A seems to have different spelling for most of the words (male, pears, ?, Lose/Loose, Moore).

That's all I can come up with.. and even that's shaky

The words in Group A are different than the words in Group B.

And the groups have different names.

Well I figured that Group A is scrambled capital cities: Lima, Paris, Quito, Seoul, Rome... Group B doesn't seem to unscramble to anything, though. Is that it?
