Is this like a trick question where the answer is something that can't jump, just like the Washington Monument, an inanimate object, can't jump? i.e. "can jump as high as the Washington Monument"

I wouldn't call it a trick question, Booray as sometimes these word plays cause one to think.
The answer would be a dead *blank* substituting the critter or being of your choice which had both eyes and ears. Bunnytime for you
