my friend just sent me that pic from her recent trip to new orleans.

That guy is prolly the most photographed landmark in all of Nawlins.

They need a "huge ass daquiris" sign... the glasses were about as tall as me (which, okay, that's not saying much... :lol: )

(3ft 2in) small hands you know... smells like cabbage..


I think the club where the feet are swinging in and out of the bar was the coolest thing on Burbon Street, but I didn't go inside, I think it was a vampire bar...

did you guys go for mardi gras?

i wanna go to new orleans sometime, but i'm not sure i'm up for that crazy assed mad event...

We went separately...crack went for Mardi Gras when he was stationed in Biloxi, and I went last year for my best friend's Spring Break (the week after Mardi Gras). It was still pretty damn crazy, but if you get off Bourbon Street, it's not NEARLY as bad. Pretty much every Bourbon Street bar has live music, though, which I thought was cool.

We've talked about going down for Halloween...I'm hoping it will be just as fun with less of a "someone throwing up on your shoe" factor.

And HEY! I don't smell like cabbage! :lol:
