this convoluted casuitry, within this crevice of nonsense, that uncle phil is teaching us vocabulary is busting my nonconvoluted tiny mind.

When using casuistries, be sure you have a serious moral dilemma on your hands, otherwise you will piss off the person(s) you are trying to help.
