The 30 Second Mystery 67 - Why?
There are four categories: Who, What, Where and Why. Some will be easy, some not. I have as many as six clues to help you along, which I'll supply as needed.
Please limit yourself to one guess, and another guess for each clue I supply. No questions asking for help or hints are allowed. Partially correct answers won't be acknowledged. Wild guesses and comments are fine. In fact, they can add to the mystery and are fun to read. Be precise when guessing. Be patient. The Case: Bob is a government employee who spends his entire work day sitting down. His customers pay money and watch him sit. Bob ignores his customers while he looks through his office window. The Mystery: Why does Bob ignore his customers and why doesn't he get fired? |

I think kulrblind is right, but I'd like to point out that, having been a government employee, it is entirely possible that a government employee would sit the whole time, ignore his customers, and not get fired thanks to unions.

Bob drives a city bus, makes no change, and looks out the windshield to see where he's driving? (i'm thinking this can't be right, since he wouldn't be ignoring his customers if he were stopping at their request to let them off, but hey, it's worth a shot).
