the person should not have problems getting it to work? She has internet access so there should be no problems..
Are you getting an error while trying to send it to TFP?

the person above me made me laugh for a second and only that.
save it to your desktop hit the windows key + E = windows explorer In the folders view to the left click where it says desktop locate the file in question right click on the file click on rename click once to un-highlight text remove .jpeg and add .jpg post and be happy
