The 30 Second Mystery 42 - Where?
There are four categories: Who, What, Where and Why. Some will be easy, some not. I have as many as six clues to help you along, which I'll supply as needed.
Please limit yourself to one guess, and another guess for each clue I supply. No questions asking for help or hints are allowed. Partially correct answers won't be acknowledged. Wild guesses and comments are fine. In fact, they can add to the mystery and are fun to read. The Case: David is a native New Yorker. In front of thousands of witnesses, he dies a gruesome death on a busy street. At the time of his death, David is doing the same thing hundreds of other people are doing. Onlookers cheer and wave as David dies. The Mystery: Where was David and what killed him? |

Hmm, could be that this is new york back in like the pre 19th century when there was still public executions.
Also, I believe that the first man to be killed in the electric chair was in New York, and Edison persuaded people to used Direct Current electricity, but it didn't work all that well and it took forecer for him to die. |
