I used to smoke pipes, but fumes from the burning laquer, paint, and adhesives were intolerable.

I really enjoy a couple cigars a year...but since I never smoked cigarettes at any time in my short dear life, a couple cigars is all I need....I love smelling tobacco leaves, though.

A while ago one of my co-workers gave me some kind of special high end cigar from Cuba so I smoked it and it was very nice, but about 15 minutes into the smoke I noticed my whole body was sweating...then I got more and more lightheaded, eventually I had to lay down and just space out for a while until my body recovered. It was not drugged or spiked, just a stronger cigar than my constitution could bear.

Otherwise, I remember liking Royal Jamaica Park Lane cigars...big and smooth.

will try again

My inhaling is usually sort of casual level inhaling, not gulping lungfuls of smoke. But I puff, I roll the smoke in my mouth, out my nose, oops I had to breath a bit so inhale a little.

I did work with a guy once who didn't bother lighting the cigars, he just ate them....and I am not joking, he literally chewed pieces of his stogies and eventually ate them. He operated one of the hardest, dirtiest machines I've ever been near...talk about dirty jobs. This was a very large lathe type machine that cut the old rubber tread off of off road/construction equipment like earthmovers. He would mill the old rubber off, then we'd attack the tire carcass with handfuls of uncured rubber and little hand rollers to fill up all the crevices and cracks...which were first rasped out smooth. Dirty job that could make you eat cigars...I suppose. One good thing came of it for me, I ended up with a huge inner tube from one of the tires; standing on end this inner tube is about 8 feet high with about 4 ft inner diameter. We take it into the ocean and bay, roll it down dunes and hills where you can hold yourself in the inside diameter as it's going down...fun toy, thanks Goodyear.
